Manage FM engineers daily roles and responsibilities Manage FM engineers technical competency in FM aspects To ensure and establish Standard Operating Procedure for FM functionality To manage customers' expectation and deliverables, and establish rapport for long term customer relationship Provide support to customers for any emergency situation and provide recovery process management.
