Objective

To drive digital transformation of the HSE function by implementing, managing, and enhancing digital tools, analytics, and systems that improve safety performance, regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. HSE Digital Systems Implementation

• Support rollout and adoption of HSE digital platforms across manufacturing plants

• Configure modules related to incident reporting, audits, inspections, permits, and compliance tracking

• Coordinate with IT teams, plant stakeholders, and external vendors for system deployment and upgrades

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across locations
