Minimum Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems/software Excellent coordination, organizational, and customer service skills Proven experience in Culinary and Housekeeping Management Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to Hotel Management Supervise and manage hotel staff Coordinate Culinary and Housekeeping services Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and customer service Assist in maintaining efficient daily hotel operations Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures RemunerationR6,500 – R7,500 per month
