Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review, focusing on the scope of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear, genset, etc.

- Review and provide technical support for M&E maintenance contract scopes and requirements.

- Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site physical inspections, site acceptance tests, and defect rectifications.

- Offer technical support to the Operations team in addressing M&E operational challenges.
