Key responsibilities
Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospectLead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clustersTranslate leads / opportunities into deal closuresDevelop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partnersWork with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenueDevelop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategiesMonitor market trends on supply and demand of business spaceBuild networking channels with tenants and agentsBe overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equityCommercial and Financial Acumen
