Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and repair of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and critical systems.Design, install and update systems that are energy-saving and cost-effective to optimize system performance and meet facility needs.Lead troubleshooting efforts for major equipment failures or technical issues in building systems.Ensure compliance of engineering systems with relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.Participate in risk assessments, ensure regular testing and inspections of safety systems, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent equipment breakdowns or hazards.Lead engineering-related facility improvement projects, including renovations, new installations, or expansions of building systems.Develop cost-effective budgeting of materials, tools and services for engineering operations, including main...
