for an Assistant Manager, Festive Operations to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end execution of seasonal retail campaigns, including planning, launch, and post-campaign review

Coordinate timelines across departments (Culinary, Pastry, Marketing, Procurement) to ensure all milestones are met

Track campaign progress, ensuring readiness of products, marketing materials, and stock availability

Oversee daily operations of festive retail outlets, pop-ups, and booths, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service

Manage order processing, payment handling, and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of retail and bulk orders

Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support demand forecasting to minimise wastage and stockouts

Coordinate logistics for packing, storage, and delivery while maintaining operational efficiency
