Assistant Manager Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Validate, monitor, and process payables for project-related disbursement.
• Maintain records of contractors and suppliers' subsidiary ledgers accounts.
• Witness Bid Opening
• Project CAPEX budget management.
• Review Project CAPEX against budget
• Cost Control
• Validate Percentage of Completion (POC).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, budgeting, planning & analysis.
• Preferably CPA.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
