Assistant Manager - Finance

Client Company: A well-established, globally recognized PE/VC firm with offices worldwide.

• Oversee company-wide financial management; prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts; drive business-finance integration and support operational decision-making.
• Lead the build-out of the financial accounting framework, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and listed-company regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and investors; produce quarterly/annual financial reports and handle post-investment management matters.
• Develop financial analysis models, track key business metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management.
