Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager, Fleet Management is responsible for driving the technical and operational success of our workshop team. You will support the Operations and Fleet Manager by coordinating daily workflows, ensuring high levels of resource productivity, and maintaining a fleet of cranes in peak condition to meet our operational and financial targets. Team Leadership: People Development & Workplace Harmony Actively identify skill gaps within the workshop and provide technical guidance or training recommendations to help staff improve their craftsmanship.
