Assistant Manager, Food Safety

Position Summary

Food Safety Specialist support assists the Factory Quality Assurance Manager in the continuous improvement of the food safety and quality culture in the factory and supports the whole factory teams in achieving food‑safety related targets and objectives.

Day in the Life

• Promote food safety awareness across the factory and contribute to competence development of food safety competences across the functions.
• Coordinate the implementation of the specific requirements of the FSSC22000 and apply the continuous improvement cycle for the overall Food Safety Management System.
• Establish and manage digital HACCP studies and HACCP‑related activities (e.g., validation, verification and activities of all product categories) and ensure an up‑to‑date HACCP in compliance with Dubai Municipality Food Code and other local regulations.
