Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Booking and accounting of vendor invoices in the system Working knowledge of statutory compliances such as GST and TDS Processing employee reimbursement claims in accordance with Company policies and procedures Handling foreign currency requirements for employees travelling internationally for official purposes, including: Interpretation and implementation of Company policies Coordination with employees and secretaries of senior management, including CFO Office and MD/Chairman’s Office Preparation of bank reconciliations Preparation of MIS reports such as: Age-wise analysis of payables Open foreign currency advances provided to employees Coordinating and providing required information/documents to Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors Undertaking any other assignments as directed by ManagementExperience 5-7 years of experience into Forex, accounting, claim reimbursements and coordination wit...Ready to Apply?
