SANBI is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, dedicated, professional and responsible individual to manage and coordinate the safety in line with Occupational Health and Safety regulation and policy.

This position requires a degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 7. A postgraduate qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 8 will be an added advantage. This position also requires 6 years of work experience in the relevant field, 3 years of which should be in supervisory position(s).

The following competencies are required for the candidate to be successful in this position: advanced knowledge and experience of National Occupational Safety Association (NOSA) and Safety Management Training Course (SAMTRAC) systems; extensive knowledge and experience of legislation, policies, ...
