Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to support hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning across corporate and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, stores, or departments.
- Provide guidance to department heads on HR concerns, staffing needs, and team management issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins, store visits, and pulse checks to understand people challenges and recommend action plans.
- Support performance discussions, coaching conversations, and development planning.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and manpower planning requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and assimilation programs to help new hires transition successfully.
