Role Purpose To act as a strategic HR partner to the Content business, enabling business outcomes through effective talent management, organization design, employee engagement, and HR interventions tailored to the dynamic content ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Business Partnering Partner with Content leadership (Creative, Production, Programming teams) to drive people strategy aligned with business goals Act as a trusted advisor on organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness Support business transformation and change management initiatives 2.
