Job Scope
- Work with clinical departments and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes under his / her charge, e.g. recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness, etc.
- Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions with employees to build an open and supportive culture
- Participate and support in projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed
- Support, promote and participate in innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion and process / work improvement review projects
- Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
