Opportunity Description
Duties include: Work with clinical departments and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents Administer and execute HR functions and processes under his / her charge, e.g. recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness, etc. Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions with employees to build an open and supportive culture Participate and support in projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed Support, promote and participate in innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion and process / work improvement review projects Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
