JEN Singapore Tanglin We are seeking a hands‑on HR professional to manage end‑to‑day HR operations for JEN Singapore Tanglin, partnering Division Heads to deliver effective HR support aligned with Shangri‑La Group standards and Singapore employment legislation.
As an Assistant HR Manager, we rely on you to: Own end‑to‑end monthly payroll administration, including statutory submissions (IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B, Benefits‑in‑Kind) and vendor coordination Manage daily HR operations and HRIS, ensuring accurate, compliant and audit‑ready records Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, including probation and contract tracking Provide HR advisory and employee relations support to line managers Support performance reviews, rewards exercises and work pass administration Assist with employee engagement activities, HR reporting and HR projects
