Responsibilities
- Lead in driving the Camp Cookhouse QA programs as part of its food safety management system.
- Drive the enhancement and establishment of best practices in order to meet and exceed food safety requirements.
- Provide food safety direction or policies in support of NTUC Foodfare’s objectives and values, to build best-in-class standards for food safety and regulatory compliance management.
- Develop or review work streams for better coordination and outcomes among various stakeholders for food safety programs.
- To conduct food safety & hygiene audits at cookhouses and suppliers, to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
- To provide food safety technical advisory for stakeholders in working groups or projects.
- Manage the coordination with internal stakeholders and/or regulatory authorities in relation to compliance to food safety requirements.
