Duties:

Fulfill the Sandwich Artist job description.

Monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed.

Inventory and paperwork as needed.

Complete
coupon log, spot checks and post close reconciliation during shifts worked.

Food
Ordering as needed.

Track food rotation in cooler, freezer and
dry goods.

Ability
to successfully open and close the store.

Ability
to successfully complete a catering order.
