Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, sorting, and put-away operations.
- Ensure all incoming shipments are verified against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transporters, and suppliers for smooth inbound flow.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely system updates in WMS/ERP.
- Manage warehouse space utilization and storage planning.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and forklift operators.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO and stock handling procedures.
- Track inbound KPIs such as receiving productivity, unloading turnaround time, and inventory discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve receiving issues, shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
