ASSISTANT MANAGER, INTEGRITY, GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

Job Summary

Support the Head of Section in establishing, enhancing and implementing PTPs integrity, governance and compliance framework. The role works closely with the internal leaders and external compliance stakeholders to strengthen compliance structures, promote ethical conduct and ensure business processes remain aligned with applicable laws, regulations and PTPs objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, coordination and overseeing compliance related activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations and guidelines.
2. Support the planning and execution of IGC initiatives in line with business and regulatory requirements.
3. Identifying risk and propose practical mitigation strategies.
