Assistant Manager Internal Assembly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety Culture (EHS): Promoting strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, Ensuring zero-accident work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with Nidec quality standards, reducing scrap, internal rejection, and customer complaints. Support internal and external audits (quality, customers, certifications, safety, compliance) and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
• Operations Management: Lead and enforce strict adherence to SOP’s Safety Protocol and quality standards in respective shifts to minimize downtime and defects in Assembly area to deliver volume.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in the implementation of projects/Kaizens for waste reduction, layout optimization, Industry 4.0, line balancing, and increased productivity using innovative methodologies.
