Opportunity Description
- Build, organize, and maintain detailed financial models to facilitate the identification and evaluation of potential investment projects including: existing assets, re‑developments, joint‑venture opportunities as well as other relevant opportunities.
- Perform project, asset and fund level valuation and analysis, structure financial models, conduct reviews, scenario/sensitivity analysis across all relevant sectors and interpret and translate these data into underwriting narrative for the Management.
- Develop, implement and revise internal investment and asset management strategies and procedures by utilising internal resources as well as market intelligence and research data.
- Collaborate with internal business functions and/or external advisors to support the pursuit, underwriting and due diligence of new investment opportunities and investment process and other corporate exercises from identification stage to execution of the transaction.
