Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Human Resources (relevant certifications in OD or L&D are a plus)
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Corporate Culture initiatives
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive learning and development programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and capability requirements.
