Overview
This opportunity is with a well-established international financial services provider with a strong presence in corporate financing and leasing solutions across the region. This is a backend operations role supporting corporate financing and leasing transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring deals are accurately processed, properly documented, and compliant throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation, review, and checking of contractual documentation for corporate financing facilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including credit approvals, purchase orders, new contracts, amendments, and terminations
Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Perform accurate data entry for credit applications, contract acceptance, and disbursement details
Maintain and update customer and supplier records
Generate regular business and operational reports
