Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manage day‑to‑day production operations of the Light Machine Shop ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and safety standards.Lead machining operations for critical tractor components using CNC/VMC/HMC machines.Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly production targets with optimum resource utilisation.Drive process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving tools.Monitor machining parameters, tool life, cycle times, and implement corrective actions for optimization.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Assembly teams to ensure smooth material flow.Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, production logs, and operational documentation.Lead shopfloor workforce (operators, technicians) through effective planning and shift management.Support new model introduction, fixture validation, and machining trials.Preferred Industries Education Qualification BE / B...
