The Assistant Manager Operations (NAPS) will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end apprenticeship operations under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for clients of Ciel HR. The role focuses on seamless execution, compliance, stakeholder management, and scaling apprenticeship programs across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program & Client Management

• Manage NAPS operations for multiple clients across industries
• Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and lifecycle management of apprentices
