Job Summary:
The Asst. Manager/Team Leaders is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring service excellence within the healthcare program.
Key Responsibilities:
- People management - supervise and guide a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Handles escalations and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with support teams (QA, Training, Workforce)
- Drive employee development and team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO team lead experience.
- Preferably with at least 6 months BPO healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
