- Experience in supporting and navigating complex transformation programs in business and digital transformations (HR, ERP, CRM, procurement transformations)
- Strong understanding of the needs of relevant stakeholders, key and end users during transformations and transactions
- Comfortable leading workshops and coaching C‑suite executives, management, and project teams
- Development and close following of a detailed transformation plan that is integrated with the project management plan
- Create and sustain trusted relationships with clients through confidence and ability to track and measure change
