JOB SCOPE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administration
- Responsible to the Assistant Director in all matters pertaining to administration, operations and management of SPD’s RC HQ and TTE programmes.
- Recommend policies and practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of rehabilitation and support services under their purview and assist the Assistant Director in implementing those policies and practices.
- Assist the Assistant Director in organisational planning i.e. strategic planning, programme planning and services review of the programmes.
- Assist the Assistant Director in ensuring the sustainability of the programmes, including funding exploration and renewals.
- Responsible for outreach to referral agencies such as community organisations and hospitals for client referrals to the RC HQ and TTE.
