Assistant Manager (Retail Leasing) - 2 Yr Contract

What The Role Is You will be part of the marketing and business development team for new estates What You Will Be Working On Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy, rental growth, and trade performance Identify, source, and negotiate with prospective tenants Curate and manage tenant mix aligned with mall's positioning, target catchment, and asset strategy Lead lease negotiations including rental rates, tenure, and key commercial terms Prepare and review Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements, and renewals Manage the full tenancy lifecycle: onboarding, fit out coordination, opening, renewals and exits Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
