Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (BESS Solutions)

• Generate and qualify leads across C&I, Renewable, Utility, and Infrastructure sectors.
  
• Engage customers to understand project requirements and energy storage needs.
  
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and project feasibility.
  
• Manage customer follow-ups and support the complete sales cycle.
  
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in BESS, Solar EPC, UPS, Power Quality, or Industrial Electrical Sales.
