Job Profile Serve as a technical risk expert responsible for evaluating and managing agricultural insurance portfolios under the PMFBY and RWBCIS frameworks. Bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making by identifying various risks based on both Qualitative and Quantitative parameters. Drive the Tender Analysis process by converting complex government data into actionable risk-return profiles for different state clusters. Coordinate between specialized units like UW, Actuarial, Weather & Remote Sensing, and Field Operations to ensure a holistic approach to risk identification and risk mitigation. 2. Key Responsibilities Qualitative Assessment: Evaluate non-numeric risk factors such as political environment, moral hazard (farmer behavior), local agronomic practices etc for specific crops.
