Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate, Workers' Engagement & Feedback Management

As part of the Changi East Safety Division, you will lead and drive efforts to improve workers' wellbeing and their on-site experience. The role will require you to actively engage the construction workforce, manage workers and stakeholders' feedback and coordinate follow‑up actions to address concerns and for improvement. You will need to develop and roll out platforms to engage with and build trust with the construction workforce, and will be expected to facilitate engagement sessions, manage feedback channels and handle related follow-throughs with internal and external stakeholders.
