Assistant Manager, Shore Excursion Operations

**Job Description**

Our Ketchikan Motorcoach & Guest Services team is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager in our Shore Excursion Operations to help support the daily logistics and operations within the division. You will oversee communications with the cruise ships and local vendors. You will also assist with excursion planning & allocations. You will assist in managing a team of seasonal Operations Supervisors and Dock Representatives and help ensure overall management coverage for the entire division with a focus on compliance, safety, guest satisfaction, daily dispatching and scheduling.

+ Oversees training, management & coaching of all seasonal Operations Supervisors and Dock Representatives staff to meet guests’ satisfaction & organizations safety requirements.
