What the role is
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the management and coordination of telecom operators in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, delivery of service quality, and achievement of project objectives. The role involves engagement with telcos, monitoring performance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting implementation of new initiatives and policies.
What you will be working on- Manage day-to-day engagement with telcos to ensure timely follow-up on operational matters and monitor compliance with regulatory obligations, SLAs, and reporting requirements
- Manage the SIM DB mailbox, identify anomalies, perform error handling, and maintain accurate records in the telco database
- Support coordination with telcos on project initiatives and implementation of new policies while preparing reports, dashboards, and management updates
