Opportunity Description
We are seeking a commercially driven trade marketing professional to develop and execute channel strategies, drive perfect store execution, manage distribution house performance, and deliver competitive trade offers that accelerate Ahmed Foods volume and distribution objectives nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & execute annual trade marketing plans across General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale and Institutional channels aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Implement Cycle Plan agenda & drive BTL programs, trade promotions, retailer contests, consumer activations and loyalty schemes.
• Develop & maintain Perfect Store standards, MSL, POSM placement, secondary display, Hot Zone & planogram compliance across all outlets.
• Conduct structured Distribution House (DH) visits, review primary to secondary conversion, stock health, beat plans (PJP) and coach DSR teams.
