Assistant Manager - Transmission Line (Project operation)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

• Managing day-to-day operations: Overseeing the day-to- day operations of a company or organization
• Manpower Planning & Resource Allocation: Identify and deploy suitable engineers, fitters, and technicians as per project or contract requirements.
• Vendor Management & Negotiation : Negotiate effectively with vendors including logistics, transportation, and support service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
