Job Overview

To lead and be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of Children's Lane Ltd to include the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating play environment, for children between the ages of 4 - 11 years old, in line with HSCT Minimum Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the organization.
• Plan activities.
• Supervise staff.
• Drive responsibilities.
• Liaise with parents to encourage parental involvement and support of the Out of School Club.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Childcare/Playwork or equivalent (HSCT require level 5 enrolment).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of working with children age 3-11.
• Good organisational skills.
• Clean licence.
