Wilson is partnering with a renowned education company to help identify an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for their established team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in providing end to end talent acquisition support for their growing business in Singapore. This is a 1 year contract role, which will be converted to permanent based on performance. Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the end-to-end direct sourcing and recruitment lifecycle for all positions, from sourcing to interviewing along with salary benchmarking and offer management Handle volume hiring, ensuring timely closures and quality delivery across all business functions.
