Assistant Manger - Fitness Centre

At Hyatt, we believe in creating meaningful experiences that go beyond the ordinary. We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager – Fitness Centre to support the leadership of our wellness facilities and deliver exceptional, personalized experiences for our guests and members.

This role plays a key part in overseeing a diverse range of facilities, including the Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Padel Court, and Kids Room , while curating innovative programs for guests, members, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the seamless day-to-day operations of the Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Padel Court, and Kids Room , ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Fitness Instructors, Lifeguards, and Pool Attendants
• Design and deliver innovative activities for in-house guests, enhancing their overall stay experience
