Assistant MDT coordinator

Join Somerset NHS Foundation Trust as an Assistant MDT Coordinator supporting Cancer Services across Musgrove Park and Yeovil District Hospitals.

This part‑time role offers a blend of home‑based and on‑site work, providing vital administrative support to Senior and MDT Coordinators. You will help ensure cancer patients receive timely appointments and care by managing multiple MDT inboxes, tracking patient pathways, and supporting national cancer waiting time standards.

You will be required to undertake in‑person training at the Yeovil administrative office and will also need to work on‑site at YDH and MPH as required. While the role will be predominantly home‑based, the ability to attend site when necessary is essential.

24 hours a week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 6 hours a day with morning start – fixed schedule, Thursday or Friday 6 hours a day flexible to be discussed.
