Job Description . Prepare vessel design specification based on client requirement and class rules. . Monitor on design progress and reply class comments or revise drawings, calculations accordingly. . In-charge of Technical issues on equipment vendors and shipyard requests. . Prepare detail structural designs, piping systems, machinery arrangement drawings, Safety Plan and Fire Control Plan. . Proficient in Design software AutoCAD, Autohydro, GHS, NAVCAD, Maxsurf . Perform Intact and Damage Stability Calculations based on type of vessels, class notation and flag requirement. . Prepare lines plan, weight estimation, lightship survey, inclining experiments report. . Prepare Midship Section Modulus Calculation, Tonnage Calculation, Freeboard Calculation, Structural . Analysis on Deck machinery foundations and Longitudinal Strength calculations. . Provide preliminary technical specification, GA, Tank Plan, Deadweight estimation for design tender department. .
