**Position Summary:**

The Assistant Nurse Leader, Registered Nurse (RN), provides daily leadership and coordination of Health Center nursing operations while embracing the Core Values of Quality, Appreciation, Creativity, and Sustainability in pursuit of the HHHN Mission and Vision. This leader partners closely with the Nurse Leader (NL) and Practice Leader to ensure reliable patient flow, optimal use of nursing resources, and delivery of exceptional patient care as measured by patient satisfaction and feedback.
