The position assures the delivery of quality patient care and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the UnityPoint Health Meriter system. The Assistant Nurse Manager assists the Nurse Manager in the control, coordination and evaluation of human, material and fiscal resources in the assigned patient care area. The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for promoting a collaborative environment in which excellence in patient care can be delivered.
