Assistant Officer (Production Planning & Control)

Summary

To assist in monitoring WIP and FG inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitate timely delivery of products to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist establish daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production plan based on demand trend, production capacity and capability, and requirement from customer.
• To assist communication with customer on factory stock (WIP and FG) and simulate shipment plan.
• Ensure departmental personnel abide by all Work Instructions (WI), rules and regulations of the company.
• Ensure all safety, GMP’s and regulatory guidelines are met.
• To assist monitor, maintain, execute and improve Production MRP for and issue work order to production.
• To assist summarize and month stock closing report for WIP and FG.
• To assist report to management for any discrepancies in production planning.
