Opportunity Description
- Assist in daily operations
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders.
- Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs.
- Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies.
- Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary.
- Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance.
- Assist in planing and implementing work schedule and manage manpower deployment or arrange for replacement of staffs when necessary.
