The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all food and beverage areas, including Restaurant, and Bar. This requires a solid understanding of food and beverage service standards, and will assure all policies and procedures are followed. Experience with food and beverage service in restaurants, banquets, special events, and maintaining guest satisfaction is helpful. These responsibilities may also include staff training, development and scheduling. The Assistant Operations Manager will promote an atmosphere that ensures customer and colleague satisfaction.
