Assistant Preconstruction Manager

**Job Summary:** The Preconstruction Assistant Project Manager will assist in the management, and coordination of all responsible parties for multiple projects during the preconstruction processes, including exchanging information with the end-user representatives during the programming and design progression phases. The Assistant Preconstruction Manager is also responsible for assisting in the management of the constructability review process for each project during the design phases and ensuring that the constructability review comments are incorporated into the design documents. Other responsibilities include drafting contracts for the execution process with outside contractors/consultants, coordinating with the Estimator for the creation of the project estimates/budgets, and assisting in updating the Preconstruction Schedule(s) for each project in the preconstruction phase.
